I love Guitar Hero, but my biggest complaint about it is the click of the strum bar. Some people like the auditory feedback, but for me, it detracts from hearing the music, and the game is all about the music. So although many people don't like the Rock Band guitar, I love the fact that it's quiet so I can hear the music coming from the TV, or at least I can until the drums start tapping.  read more »

Breakdance

Using motion-captured moves, fans of breakdancing (who don't have good enough health insurance to try it themselves) can soon give the ancestor of Hip Hop dance a try on Sony's PSP and PS2.

Singstar Amped Bundle Box

These games are being reviewed together because they are played the same way; each has different music, though. (And SingStar Amped has a very funny opening video.) Special microphones are required to play the SingStar games. When you buy a game you can buy it with the microphones included or get just the game. The microphones work with all the different SingStar games; you only need to buy one set. They plug into a USB adaptor that plugs into the PS2.  read more »
