Service: Nintendo Wii Update #2This afternoon I checked the repair status on the Nintendo site and was surprised to see: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Receive Date: 02/12/2009 Status: Shipping Component Description Notes Warranty Amount CONSOLE ASSY WHITE RVL System serial number LUxxxxxxxx No $75.00 Wow! The serial number is a match to the console I sent in and they turned it around in one day. If I had to guess, I'd say this was a none failure and they had a simple test and an even simpler repair. According to the UPS site, my Wii was in transit this morning and should be delivered on Monday. At this point, I have to say I'm impressed with the quick turn around. I'll post again when it arrives and I've had a chance to see if it works.
