Service: Nintendo Wii Final EntryOkay, so it's been a little longer than promised. I apologize, but the Wii has been working so well I pretty much forgot it had been broken. The new disc drive is definitely less noisy than the old and the games seem to boot faster (although that may be just a perception). In any case, I wasn't thrilled that my Wii died in less than two years, but the repair was as painless as it could have been. Props to Nintendo for terrific customer service.

Thanks
Hi Kevin, I just wanted to thank you for your 4 post series about your experience with the Wii repair service. Our Wii recently died and after reading through the posts on your experience I was confident that sending our Wii in for repairs was the way to go.
So far so good, Nintento shipped our Wii out the day after they got it and it's due to arrive back at our house today, just 6 business days since we dropped it off at FedEx. More efficient than I could have ever expected.
Thanks again for taking the time to share with everyone!
