Because Rock Band for Wii and PS2 suffers from no downloadable content, Harmonix has sought to rectify this situation by offering a series of Track Packs, including 20 songs for $30. While this is cheaper than the $2 per song you pay on the PS3 or 360, you don't get to pick the songs, which is a pretty major trade-off.
